Lilac ring. Tutorial

The materials required for the work:
Plastic purple, purple, green and yellow
Blade
Base for the ring
Stick/Toothpick
Needle

***

We pinch off a piece of green plastic and fill the surface of the ring
It should be slightly convex, so that small parts are well attached.

***

Next, we begin to fill the surface of the ring. Let's start with the leaves.
Roll out a thin strip of green plastic and cut into approximately identical slices.
Accuracy is not important here!
Each one is shaped like a leaf and flattened with your fingers. Use a needle to draw the veins.

***

Use the same needle to attach the leaves to the surface.
Apply the needle in the direction of the Central vein, press and voila!
The details caught on.

***

We make the lilac. For more similarity, take two colors.
Roll out the "sausage" according to the type of leaves and form droplets from them.

***

We take our drop and cut it crosswise with a sharp blade.
Next, gently push the future petals apart with a toothpick or any other stick with a sharp end. Alternately, on the index finger, we begin to roll out the plastic. We do it slowly and carefully. The thinner the better.
You don't need to pierce through!
Why?
When we stick the flowers into the surface of the ring with plastic, this will be an additional grip for the flower and the base.
Thus, as in the 4 photos, we put the flowers on the ring.

***

Fill the entire surface.
The petals can and should crumple. This will be more natural.

***

It seems that the ring is already ready, but there are not enough stamens.

***

Take a needle and peel off the yellow plastic small balls about 1 mm.
Roll them into circles

***

Stick the stamens in the flower.
Now we take a package of clay which you work with. If it is FIMO-bake at 110 degrees for 15-17 minutes. If you have Premo / Sculpey III (I really do not recommend sculpting flowers from such plastic) / - bake at 130 degrees for 15 minutes (Sculpey III bake for 30-35 minutes).
After the plastic is baked, while it is still hot, carefully remove the plastic from the base with a needle and leave it to cool. When it cools down, we glue it back.
That's all!! It turned out to be a great gift for a friend, mother or sister!
Thank you for reading to the end.
I hope you enjoyed it.
Sincerely, Vera.
